Rummaging around boat yards is fun but what to buy? Everything is a compromise but we need to make sure we get a reliable safe sea boat first and foremost. It still needs to be comfortable when at anchor as we will be spending a lot of time on board.
Our key requirements are:-
Two cabins,
Sensible storage spaces,
Well maintained.
Any repairs and upgrades need to be factored into the cost.
Oh, and the price needs to be within our budget.
I think that it is going to take a while to find the right boat but at least visiting boatyards gives us a good opportunity to visit the sea!
